We allow up to 2 pets per unit.
Is there a weight restriction?
Nope! We accept dogs of all sizes in our community.
Are there breed restrictions?
The following dog breeds are restricted in our community: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Mastiff, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, English Bull Terrier, German Shepherd, Presa Canaria, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Wolf Hybrid.
Are other pets allowed?
We allow all pets besides reptiles that require a heat lamp (for safety reasons).
Is there a designated dog park/dog area?
Dogs can go anywhere on the property as long as their owner picks up after them!
Is washer and dryer included?
Yes! Each unit comes equipped with washer and a dryer.
Is Trash and Recylcing Service Included?
Yes! Weekly on-site trash and recycling is included.
